We at Stukntyme Collectibles strive for excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns for damaged items within 7 days of product delivery.
Send us the picture of the packaging and the damaged item and we will mail you a replacement or issue a refund.

PRE-ORDER REFUND POLICY
Pre-order items are currently not in stock.  They will ship within 1-2 days after arrival from the distributor.  The estimated release dates are subject to change by the distributor.  In-stock items ordered with pre-orders will ship when all items in the order are in stock.  Cancelled Pre-orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
